Pricing Policy
Thomco will make every effort to hold our pricing, as published on thomco.biz, but reserves the right to make changes without notice, due to errors or circumstances beyond our control.
Payment/Credit Terms
Our normal terms are 1%/10, Net 30 days. These terms are extended to customers with good credit standing, who have completed a credit application with Thomco. Thomco also accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and American Express®. We will also be happy to ship your order C.O.D. If you are a new customer to Thomco, we request that your first online order be paid via a major credit card. Subsequent orders may be processed on open credit terms, after a credit application has been processed. Please call our customer service department regarding assistance setting up an open account.
Sales Tax
Thomco is required by law to collect sales tax in several states. If you are tax exempt, we will need to have an appropriate tax-exempt form on file in our accounting department. Click here for an online copy of our tax-exempt form.
Customer Satisfaction
Your 100% satisfaction is our highest priority here at Thomco. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact your CSR or Sales Representative. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be issued, prior to a product being returned. With the exception of defective or damaged merchandise, all returns must be in the manufacturer’s original packaging and in sellable condition. Please be advised that Thomco sells many custom, special order and non-standard items. Many of these items are not returnable. Please check with your CSR or Sales Representative for details.
Custom Manufactured Items
Thomco provides many “custom manufactured” items to our customers. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process and industry standards, order quantities are subject to a variance of plus or minus 10%, unless specified otherwise at the time of quotation and order.

All manufacturer warranties apply, unless otherwise stated in writing.
