Handheld pneumatic applicator for SprayPac sticks
These spray applicators are designed for dispensing 44.5 mm (1.75″) diameter SprayPac sticks.
LOCTITE® 175-SPRAY and 175-SPRAY-HT are industrial grade, handheld, pneumatic hot melt applicators. The 175-SPRAY operating temperature is set at 180°C (356°F) and the 175-SPRAY-HT operating temperature is set at 195°C (383°F). By using the air adjustment control, the dispense pattern can be varied from a narrow to a wide spiral spray pattern. The dispense quantity and timing are manually controlled with the trigger mechanism. Pneumatically powered dispensing reduces operator fatigue. A standard wide spray nozzle and dispenser stand are included as part of the system. Included in the box: (1) 175-SPRAY or 175-SPRAY-HT applicator, (1) plastic stand (1) valve body air line adapter, (1) standard wide spray nozzle, (1) operating manual.
